Thomas tells Hope that Steffy is leaving town. Hope is confused by Steffy’s decision to leave town. Thomas says Steffy needs to be able to start over without reminders of Finn all over. Thomas hopes Steffy can move on and create a life without Finn. Thomas says his parents are trying to help all they can. Thomas talks about when his wife died and how lost he was.

Ridge hates that Steffy is going through this. Steffy recalls her time with Finn. Liam arrives and asks Steffy if she’s leaving. Steffy says yes and she’s taking the kids with her. Taylor goes to Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) to talk with Ridge. Ridge tells Taylor that Steffy will be ok. Taylor hopes that Liam understands. Steffy begs Liam to tell her that he understands her decision to leave.

Steffy feels her life has been snatched away from her. Liam says he will always be there for Steffy no matter how far apart they are.
