B&B spoilers reveal that Steffy was the first person who became obsessed with getting Ridge and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) back together. Even though Taylor admitted to still loving Ridge, she had no interest in breaking up “Bridge.”

Taylor really did just want to support Ridge and be a friend to him. So, viewers can’t get too upset with her. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that viewers have always been divided on who Ridge should be with. While some think Ridge and Brooke belong together, others are Team Taylor. What most fans can agree on no matter which character they like better is Steffy and Thomas’ scheme is a bad idea. Fans would have an easier time accepting the possibility of “Tridge” if there wasn’t manipulation involved, especially from two grown adults.

B&B Spoilers – Thorsten Kaye’s Opinion

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Kaye said exactly what fans are thinking about Thomas and Steffy pushing Ridge so hard to reunite with Taylor.

“These are grown people with their own lives and they want mommy and daddy to get back together? I guess they miss daddy tucking them in at night? I’m joking, of course. It’s actually been fun to play this new aspect of the story – and Ridge and Taylor have great kids.”

If Ridge and Taylor got back together without their children interfering, fans might have an easier time accepting it. With so much manipulation involved, though, Taylor is only going to get heartbroken. Once Ridge finds out the truth, he will run back to Brooke just like he always does.
