The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Sheila is currently at death’s door while Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) stands by and demands Finn let Sheila die. This certainly has fans on edge wondering what Finn is going to do about his biological mother. Will Finn spring into action and try to help Sheila or join Li in denying her treatment?
Could anyone blame Finn for turning a blind eye? Sheila may be a patient and even Finn’s birth mother. However, Sheila not only shot Finn and refused to allow Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to call for help. Instead, Sheila turned the gun on Steffy and show her as well. Why would Finn want to save the woman who almost killed him, his wife, and his mother?
B&B Spoilers – Sheila Carter Could Go Back To Prison
Sheila doesn’t have to die to leave the show. Sheila would easily recover from a heart attack and be sent back to prison. After all, Finn isn’t the type to stand by and allow someone to die. Finn may not like Sheila. Finn may not want anything to do with Sheila. However, Finn takes pride in his work as a doctor and took an oath to do no harm. Will Finn save Sheila?

Kimberlin signed a long-term contract with an exit clause. Therefore, the contract is reviewed every three to six months to decide if Sheila will be sticking around or not. Sheila adds a bit of drama to the show and she certainly makes a better villain than Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and his obsession-led antics.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Should Sheila Carter Die Or Go to Prison, Or Else?
Sheila could die, and of course, this would bring up a lot of ethical questions with the hospital board. Finn and Li could certainly have a huge conversation about her refusal to take care of Sheila. However, Sheila may go into a coma and stay in the hospital for a time. Sheila could then be transferred to prison to await trial.
Of course, Sheila was a nurse so she could claim to be paralyzed or anything after this heart attack and later escape from the hospital. Sheila could go on the run and terrorize the citizen of Genoa City for a while. It would make much more sense to have Sheila incapacitated for a while and then have her return instead of killing her off at this point. Will Sheila take a break before wreaking havoc again?
