Bold and the Beautiful News: Darin Brooks Scores Hot New Job!

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers has some great news to pass on about a popular B&B star. Darin Brooks, who portrays Wyatt Spencer on the CBS soap, will be appearing in an upcoming movie for The Lifetime Network. The movie is called “The Missing Sister,” and is a thriller that is now scheduled to air on Saturday, November 16th.

“The Missing Sister” is a thriller that just might show another side to Darin. We’re used to seeing him in the role of Wyatt Spencer on B&B with a happy demeanor and not much of an edge. Fans may get to see a very different performance from Darin in the movie.

Darin will play the role of “Frank” in “The Missing Sister.”. The story is about a young woman who tracks down her estranged sister, only to later suspect that the woman isn’t her sister at all, but rather an opportunistic imposter.

The movie’s official trailer has just been released, which you can watch below. It certainly looks like the movie has plenty on intrigue and danger, as well as an impressive cast. Appearing alongside Darin in “The Missing Sister,” is Katrina Begin as “Sharon,” Katie Michels as “Raven,” and Mark Famiglietti as “Dev.”

“The Missing Sister” is being produced by Cartel Pictures, which also produces many Hallmark Channel movies. It was directed by Craig Goldstein, who has also directed movies such as “The Wrong Mother” and “A Friend’s Obsession.”

Of course, Darin and his wife Kelly Kruger (Mackenzie Browning, Y&R) have been busy lately since the birth of their daughter, Everleigh Jolie Brooks, back in September. The couple have been posting quite a bit on social media about their little bundle of joy and their new family, which also includes their two dogs.

Kelly has recently had a movie release as well. Her new thriller, “Home Is Where The Killer Is,” was released on Netflix on October 8, 2019. The movie also stars Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera, DOOL).
