Since September is Mental Health Awareness Month, it is important that people talk about how this can affect anyone. This includes celebrities. We have lost way too many people, especially this year, due to unresolved mental health issues.
B&B News – Jacqueline MacInnes Wood on Anxiety Triggers
On Instagram, the B&B actress shared what makes her anxious. Keeping the conversation light, some were relatable, while others got comments such as, “Did that really happen to you?” Some of her anxiety comes from sex scenes.

Another includes putting money back in her wallet and having people stand behind her. We have all felt that, wondering if people are getting impatient with us while we try to pay the cashier.
She also stated that it makes her uncomfortable when she waves to someone and they don’t wave back. We have all experienced that a time or two!

Recently, other stars have come forward about mental health. Days of Our Lives actress Linsey Godfrey (Sarah Horton) revealed she was diagnosed with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Maurice Benard talked about how to get help with suicidal thoughts. He also reminded his followers that their lives matter, even if they don’t believe it.

I don’t feel Flo should give Katie a kidney and then everything is back to normal for her. Of course, they want to bring Xander back so they can justify clearing the white person and always making black people the bad ones. Everyone knew they would make Flo come out looking good. Flo and her mother should have been written out of the show. Fair is fair. This world will never change.
