Bold and the Beautiful News: Rena Sofer Shares Shocking Relationship News On Valentine’s Day!

Daytime soap opera star Rena Sofer has proudly announced on Valentine’s Day her reunion with ex-husband Sanford Bookstaver.

“Sometimes you are lucky enough to find the man of your dreams early in your life… and sometimes you divorce the man of your dreams after 13 years of marriage,” Sofer wrote on her Instagram post. “Then… sometimes you are DOUBLY lucky enough to find the man of your dreams all over again!!! Realizing the love of my life has been there, all the time, for the last 18 years is the best gift I could have ever hoped to receive. @sbookstaver will you be my valentine? FOREVER?? #loml #happyvalentinesday”

The American film and television director and producer also posted a photo of himself and Rena. “This woman @rena.sofer is the love of my life! It’s been a long journey together, and I couldn’t be happier that we have found each other again. Here’s to a long and beautiful life together forever. Happy Valentine’s Day!” he wrote.

Rena and Sanford got married in 2003 and got divorced a few years ago. They have one child together, Avalon Leone. Rena was previously married to Wally Kurth (Ned Quartermaine, General Hospital) in 1995 until they divorced in 1997.

A look at Rena and Sanford’s Instagram profiles would show that they have been in good terms, especially over the last few months. Sanford shared a photo of their family spending Thanksgiving together. Rena also shared on her Instagram how Sanford made time to surprise her on her 50th birthday in December, flying for 5 hours from New York to Los Angeles just to be at her party.

“I can’t even…. San! I Love You!!! You are an amazing human, father and friend!” Rena wrote.

Rena has been playing Quinn Forrester on “The Bold and the Beautiful” since 2013. She also played Lois Cerullo on “General Hospital” from 1993 to 1997. Her other credits include “24”, “Heroes” and “NCIS.”
