Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Mental Health Treatment Is Needed

Ridge has concluded that Thomas and the others made horrible decisions when keeping the kidnapping secret, but that his son is sincere about redeeming himself.

Of course, Ridge hasn’t told anyone that Thomas also admitted to having left Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) for dead after she plunged off Mulholland Drive. Viewers also know that the intentional tailgate caused the crash.

Brooke hasn’t been able to confirm the information about Emma, as Ridge did, but suspects that Thomas caused that tragedy based on what others have said. So, her belief that Thomas should check in to a mental health facility is fully on point.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Forgiveness Must Be Earned Over Time

It’s not reasonable to believe that anyone should instantly be required to forgive Thomas. He knowingly withheld the fact that Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) never died and was alive as Phoebe Forrester.

The woman he claimed to love and then married is Beth’s mother. Brooke is Hope Logan’s mother and Beth’s grandmother, which validates persisting distrust of Thomas. Ridge’s feelings for his son don’t override what Beth, Hope, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), Brooke, and many others were forced to endure. Thomas was the lead person who extended this group’s grief.

It’s not reasonable to ask any of them to trust Thomas based solely on Ridge’s request that they do so. That’s what Brooke is trying to get through to her husband, who continues to reject her logic.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester May Not Be Objective

A loving parent isn’t expected to be objective. That’s especially true when it comes to Ridge’s fully subjective feelings about Thomas. It’s also fair to say that Hope thinks subjectively about Hope.

Brooke believes that Thomas remains a threat. Ridge asserts that his son is making progress. As for the fans, the question below requests their seasoned take.
