Bold and the Beautiful POLL: Will Thomas Avoid All Legal Justice?

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) knows that he committed at least two crimes on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. First, he broke aggressive driving laws by tailgating Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) on Mulholland Drive. Second, after seeing Emma crash, he did nothing to help her and didn’t call 911.

Morality was broken when Thomas withheld information from Hope Forrester (Annika Noelle) about Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) being alive. He crossed ethical lines when intimidating Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes), and Xander Avant (Adain Bradley).

It’s possible that Thomas could be charged with committing some type of crime regarding how he handled the secret keepers. But there’s no doubt about his guilt when it comes to dearly departed Emma.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Secret Keepers Didn’t Have Guts

It’s strongly arguable that Emma would be alive today if any one of the three secret keepers (Flo, Zoe, or Xander) had guts. But for their own reasons, none in that trio did what should have been done.

Flo felt a mix of emotions. She was living the plush Logan lifestyle while also being genuinely frightened by Thomas. Flo also feared that Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) would abandon her if he ever learned the truth, which proved out.

Zoe kept quiet in order to protect her dad, Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady). But like Flo, her fears proved true even though she maintained silence.

Xander became disgusted with his girlfriend, Zoe. After threatening to tell the truth, he changed his mind and opted to return to England. Considering that Emma was his one-time girlfriend, that choice was shameful.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – GPS History Wiped

Surprisingly, Thomas admitted the whole truth to his father. That didn’t happen voluntarily, but after Ridge intensely pressed him in the hospital.

Thomas’ tell about what happened on Mulholland caused Ridge to become temporarily disillusioned with his son. The details Thomas offered included saying that he wiped his car’s GPS history clean.

Xander’s personal search of Thomas’ vehicle allowed him to see the vehicle had been at the location where Emma crashed on the night in question. So those who are seeking justice will apparently be dependent upon whatever company is connected to Thomas’ navigation system.

If a digital footprint can be found, then Thomas will be in jeopardy. If not, then he could skate free, assuming that he does trip up and admit what happened.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Taps Power

Ridge told Thomas that he believes in him and will help him. That’s what Thomas has always expected.

Talking tough was something Ridge should have done. Telling Thomas that he no longer looked like the boy he once was hit home hard.

However, anything Ridge does to cover up Thomas’ crime will represent nothing more than enabling. Kaye’s character will actually be worse than the secret keepers because they never heard Thomas’ admission of the crimes he committed against Emma. B&B fans will now see if Ridge taps Forrester power sources to maintain his son’s freedom.  He may score a deal, but thomas has certainly broke more than one law and could be convicted on something else.
