He’s also a full-on narcissist, as his comments about being “stabbed in the back” by Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) and being tired of hearing about Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) affirm.

Pleas to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about Thomas’ erratic behavior went unheeded for months. But now his father and sister know the truth and recognize that he must face the consequences of his actions.

Bold and the Beautiful – Moral Crimes To Equal Jail Time?

Manipulating Douglas is rightly seen as wrong. But could that be proven as abuse and lead to Thomas’ son being taken away from him by court order in the near future? Maybe and maybe not.

Thomas withheld information from the woman he claims to love. But will Hope Forrester (Annika Noelle), his momentary wife, or Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) be able to prove to the authorities that Thomas was one of Reese Birmingham’s (Wayne Brady) after-the-fact accomplices? It would seem that Flo Fulton Logan (Katrina Bowden) holds that title.

All of the awful words and actions referenced appear to be moral crimes committed against loved ones and others. Detestable yes. Prosecutable? Probably not.

Bold and the Beautiful – Drugging Liam And Tailgating Emma

Pouring whatever that chemical was into Liam’s margarita at the cliff house was not legal. But how can that be proven now, even when the mark on Thomas’ long record is likely to be exposed in the near future? Again, where’s the evidence?

The Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) incident represents Thomas’ deepest crime. He threatened her to remain silent about the baby secret at Forrester Creations and then followed her in his car on Mulholland Drive.

There’s no doubt that Thomas caused Emma’s veer off the road to her death. He stopped his vehicle, got out, and peered down at the crash site without going to help.

But Thomas’ car never made contact with Emma’s. There appears to be no digital evidence on Emma’s smartphone that ties Thomas to what happened either.

However, Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) determined that the navigation system in Thomas’ car placed it at Mulholland drive on that fateful night. Xander’s tell to Thomas about that confirmation was a mistake and the digital proof has probably since been erased.

Does the evidence still exist on the navigation system’s main server, wherever it’s located? If so, that could be a problem for Thomas, but is still a stretch.

Bold and the Beautiful – Character Choice Soon Known

If decision-makers at B&B want Atkinson to remain on the show, then Thomas will escape full justice, or only spend a certain amount of time in a mental health treatment facility before returning.


Thomas deserves to face punishment, which hopefully can be handled while Atkinson remains with the cast. His performances have been and remain fully compelling.
