Bold And The Beautiful Recap Friday September 20: Ridge Defends Shauna, Katie Collapses!

The Friday, September 20, 2019, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, opens at Forrester Creations where Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is putting the final touches on an evening gown worn by model Antonia (Love Island’s Kyra Green in her acting debut).

Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) interrupts and gives Ridge a kiss. She’s happy they are getting along again, but reminds her husband that she won’t change her mind about one thing: Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is a troubled man. Ridge accuses Brooke of demonizing his son.

Brooke cannot fathom the number of people who knew the truth about baby Beth and that it took an innocent child to tell the truth. She refuses to forgive anybody who stayed silent. Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) is just as guilty as Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden).

Ridge defends Shauna for looking out for her kid the same way that the Forresters look out for their kids. Brooke warns that it’s only a matter of time before scheming Shauna sets her sights on Ridge: Brooke doesn’t want him anywhere near that horrible woman. Although Ridge promises that he won’t have anything to do with Shauna, he can’t get their night together out of his mind.

Shauna is discouraged that she didn’t make more progress in getting Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) to help reunite Flo and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Flo wasn’t successful either in surprising Wyatt with lunch. Although Wyatt is spending time with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), Flo vows that she still loves him and won’t give up on him. Shauna is encouraged that Wyatt and Sally still haven’t slept together because it reveals Sally’s insecurities. If Sally really believed that things would work out with Wyatt, they would be hot and heavy right now.

Wyatt tells Sally he missed her and wants her. Sally believes they can make it again as a couple, but she’s just not ready to take their relationship to the next level. Sally is cautious because she loves him and she’s committed to being completely honest about everything.

Wyatt tries to reassure her, but, given her history with men, she’s afraid she’ll lose out to “the other woman” again. Sometimes love isn’t enough, especially when their families are against them. He disagrees—she deserves to be happy. Wyatt drops to one knee and asks a shocked Sally to marry him.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) does a little internet research on her back pain and fatigue. Bill worries that something serious is going on with her health. Katie is literally feeling in her transplanted heart how disappointed her brother would be by Flo’s lies.

She says that her scar represents her connection to Storm Logan (William deVry) and to her future with Will Spencer (Finnegan George) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
