Bold and the Beautiful Recap Monday October 21: Ridge And Shauna Get Closer, Thomas Disgusted By Hope

The Monday, October 21, 2019, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful opens with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) pleading with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to tell Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that they have no future together. Liam won’t give in to her demands. Hope says that she and Steffy deserve to know that Liam has no romantic interest in Steffy and their relationship is limited to co-parenting. Liam is saved by the bell when Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington) wakes from her nap, asking Daddy to stay.

Steffy blasts Hope for putting unnecessary pressure on Liam and for playing mother to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). Steffy is tired of being sensitive and sympathetic to Hope, who is selfish and self-absorbed.

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) consoles Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) after her father is sentenced for orchestrating the “babygate”. She found closure seeing him punished. Thomas will have closure when every last Logan is banished from his company. Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) may be the key to pulling the whole thing off.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Is Exactly Like Her Mother

Thomas has lost all love for Hope—she’s just like her mother, using and manipulating men to get what she wants. Hope is about to find out that Logans don’t always get what they want. Thomas’ obsession with the Logan women makes Zoe uncomfortable.

Zoe is discouraged because she’s lost her job, her friends, and will soon lose her apartment. Thomas thanks her for her loyalty and shows her a design he created with her in mind. He flirts with Zoe, inviting her to stay in his friend’s apartment and promising to get her a job at Forrester again.

Meanwhile, at Forrester Creations, Shauna regrets that what happened with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and the baby ruined Shauna’s chances of having a relationship with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Ridge leaves the door open for a friendship with Shauna. He says that he’s going to give his son as many chances as he needs and, when Thomas gets better, Ridge can move back in with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Shauna confides to Ridge about her difficult upbringing and her time as a showgirl in Vegas. She says that it was the lowest point in her life when she found out she was pregnant with Flo and didn’t know who the father was. However, every moment as a single parent was worth it because of the love she feels for her daughter.

Ridge says that what Flo did for Katie Logan (Heather Tom) was amazing. Shauna wonders whether the Logans will ever forgive Flo as Ridge has. Ridge believes that forgiveness takes time, but that Flo made a mistake and deserves mercy. Shauna hopes Brooke realizes what she has in Ridge, because Shauna would never let Ridge walk out of her house, no matter what he did.
