The drama opens with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) returning to Los Angeles, hoping for a romantic reunion with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). He tells his father that he doesn’t know how he let Brooke slip away. Ridge apologizes for not being around when his mother died. Eric Forrester (John McCook) embraces him. Eric says that Brooke was devastated to lose Ridge, but distracted herself by relaunching Brooke’s Bedroom.
Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Ridge Returns Home And Wants Brooke Back
Ridge wasn’t thinking straight when he allowed Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) to break up their marriage. Brooke lied when she said she had not been communicating with Deacon, but was still texting him. Eric says that Brooke lied because she loved Ridge. Eric plays coy when Ridge presses him for information about Brooke. He encourages Ridge to go to Brooke. Ridge wants to fix his mistakes and get her back.
Brooke calls Katie Logan (Heather Tom) to convince her to come to the wedding of Hope Logan (Kim Matula) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Hope says that nothing will stop her wedding.
Brooke wonders if now is the time for her daughter to marry, given Hope’s lingering attraction to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Hope gushes about how fun and exciting Wyatt is, but realizes that Liam has always been “it” for her. Attraction comes and goes, but love is what sticks. The only thing standing in the way was Steffy and now she’s gone.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope Kicks Wyatt And Quinn To The Curb For Liam
Brooke asks what Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Wyatt will do now that they’re not associated with Hope for the Future. Hope is sure that they’ll find other projects. Brooke fears that other design houses will be hesitant to hire them. Hope says that she has to respect Liam’s position and cut all ties with Wyatt, even professionally.
At Forrester Creations International, Quinn urges Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to see the big picture. Steffy has isolated herself in Paris and convinced herself that she’s doing the right thing by making a gift of Liam to Hope. Steffy says that she had to let Liam go and accept the fact that she couldn’t have children. Quinn urges Steffy to return to Los Angeles and tell Liam that they got their miracle—Steffy can have children.
Steffy tells Quinn that Liam wanted to stay with her even though he knew she couldn’t conceive. It was Steffy’s choice to push Liam away. Quinn says that the reasons Steffy set him free no longer apply. Liam can have that family with Steffy.
Quinn admits that, if Steffy returns to Liam, it will further her agenda in getting Wyatt back together with Hope. Does Steffy really want Liam to marry a woman who has unresolved feelings for his brother? Hope will hurt Liam unless Steffy stops the wedding.

Steffy tells Quinn that her jewelry is spectacular. Quinn hopes Forrester International can use her pieces. Steffy is surprised that Eric let Quinn go when the line was perfectly placed with Hope for the Future. Quinn says that Eric was against it but gave Hope freedom to run her line the way she wanted. Hope caved to Liam who was threatened by Wyatt.

Steffy can’t stop the wedding when she gave Hope and Liam her blessing. Quinn encourages her to return to Los Angeles and claim what’s hers. If she doesn’t, she’ll lose Liam to Hope forever.
Brooke and Hope discuss the setup for her outdoor wedding above the stairs at the Forrester estate. Brooke reminisces about when she sat to the bottom of the stairs because Ridge was going to marry Taylor. She thought she’d lost Ridge for good. Suddenly, rose petals appeared in the water. She looked up and Ridge had come back to her.
When Hope leaves her alone, Brooke sits on a bench at the bottom of the stairs again, thinking of Ridge. Rose petals drift down the fountain. She sees Ridge standing at the top of the stairs, holding a rose. He gives her the rose and kisses her passionately.
