Bold and the Beautiful Recap & Spoilers Wednesday July 29: Wyatt Explodes At Sally, Steffy Wakes Up

On the Wednesday, July 29, 2020, The Bold & the Beautiful, Bill pleads his case to Detective Alex Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) motorcycle crash was an accident. Neither Bill nor Steffy were speeding. He hit his brakes but couldn’t stop in time. Bill worries that Steffy won’t wake up.

Bill recounts the accident. He can’t remember if he saw Steffy before the crash. Her motorcycle appeared out of nowhere. The detective concludes that the crash was an accident and decides not to investigate further. He warns Bill not to get into an altercation with Ridge. Bill says he’s already caused Steffy and her family enough pain. Bill needs to see Steffy and make sure she’s okay.

Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Steffy Wakes Up In The Hospital

Steffy wakes up confused and in pain in the hospital. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) calls the doctor. Steffy’s eyes lock with Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Ridge is concerned by the severity of Steffy’s pain. The doctor can’t pinpoint the source of Steffy’s chest pain. Ridge and Steffy ask the doctor for medication.

Ridge comes out to the waiting room to give Brooke the good news that Steffy is awake. She likely has broken ribs. Ridge says that every time his daughter is in pain or hurting, Bill is involved. Ridge blames Bill for Steffy’s agony. He bars Bill from visiting Steffy.

Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) can’t believe that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) betrayed him. How could she perpetuate the lie that she was dying when she knew how it affected him? He doesn’t want to hear Sally’s excuses. She played everyone, including Katie Spencer (Heather Tom).

Sally says that she would have done anything to get Wyatt to stay with her. She went to the doctor with real symptoms. When she saw how much Katie cared about her illness, she decided to use Katie. She knew Katie couldn’t keep the diagnosis to herself. She expected Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) to get jealous and fight it, but she didn’t.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wyatt Explodes At Liar Sally

Wyatt explodes on Sally for manipulating and taking advantage of him and Flo. Wyatt can’t forgive the constant lies. Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) chimes in and says that the way they all reacted to the fake diagnosis was beautiful. She apologizes for helping Sally. The plan spun out of control

Sally accuses Flo of being terrible to her. Flo says she treated Sally with respect until she saw the real medical records.

Sally begs Wyatt not to call the police. Sally claims that everything she did was out of love. Knowing how much she hurt Wyatt is worse than dying to Sally. She asks him not to punish her for wanting to be with him. She betrayed Wyatt but he betrayed her first. Sally says Wyatt threw her away when he left her for Flo. She had to be dying to get any compassion. The lie changed her life for the better.

Sally is at her breaking point. She tells him over and over again that she loves him. She goes into hysterics and collapses.
