Bold and the Beautiful Recap Thursday June 18: Eric Meets With Jack Abbott, Pierce’s Big Taylor Surprise

The Thursday, June 18, 2020, The Bold & the Beautiful continues The Bold Gets Restless week as characters from The Young & the Restless cross over to B&B. On a 1998 rebroadcast, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) leaves Genoa City for an important meeting with Ridge Forrester (Ron Moss) and Eric Forrester (John McCook) at Forrester Creations in Los Angeles. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) notices that Ridge is distracted. Thorne Forrester (Windsor Harmon) realizes that Ridge is missing Taylor Forrester’s (Hunter Tylo) big reception.

Ridge and Brooke have a proposition for Jack. They’d like to include a Jabot-created fragrance in Brooke’s Bedroom line. Jack hesitates given the sex factor of Brooke’s product. Ridge argues that they have 20 million in advance orders based on the press release alone. Brooke offers to show Jack one of the designs and disrobes. Jack blushes as he gets an eyeful of the scanty signature piece that Brooke models, designed by Ridge.

Dr. James Warwick (Ian Buchanan), dressed in a tuxedo, tells Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) that she looks stunning in her evening gown. They’re going to Dr. Pierce Peterson’s (Paul Satterfield) gala to celebrate his new video. Stephanie wants to get a closer look at the man who’s occupying so much of Taylor’s energy and time.

Taylor receives a last-minute touchup of her hair and makeup. Paul is disappointed when Taylor asks if Ridge has arrived. Pierce says that Ridge is at a meeting. He tells her that it’s their night and they shouldn’t cloud it with other issues. He has a surprise for her.

Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley) and Darla Forrester (Schae Harrison) crash the gala. They dupe the bouncer into letting them in with a story that they’re surprising Darla’s brother.

Pierce conspires with Macy Alexander (Bobbie Eakes) about music that will set the mood.  Taylor prays that Ridge doesn’t let her down. Pierce begs Taylor to hurry and get dressed and not to worry about Ridge.

B&B Recap and Spoilers: Stephanie Suspicious of Pierce

Sally and Darla gush over the party’s food and furnishings. They flirt with the CEO of a computer company. Macy sees them and worries they’ll make trouble. Sally is happy to see Macy so happy for once. She says that she’s met a man and everything is different now.

Pierce welcomes the guests and introduces Taylor as the heart and soul of his video project. Stephanie and James are concerned by the way Pierce looks at Taylor. Taylor feels let down when Ridge misses the gala. Taylor runs out, upset. Pierce chases after her and comforts her as she cries. Its unfair for her to mope around and let Ridge ruin her big moment. Pierce has something for her that will cheer her. He gifts her with a stunning necklace and looks longingly into her eyes.
