Bold and the Beautiful Recap Tuesday October 29: Thomas Falls For Hope’s Trick, Ridge And Shauna Heat Up

On the Tuesday, October 29, 2019, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) consoles her daughter on the terrible loss of Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).

Brooke says that Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) actions in siding with his son gave her no choice but to take off her wedding ring. However, she hasn’t given up on her marriage. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) wonders if her mother has pushed Ridge too far in this fight for Douglas.

Meanwhile, Ridge steams it up with Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards). When Ridge finally breaks their kiss, she asks again if his marriage is really over. Shauna vows to always be there for him. She’s surprised to learn that Brooke had adoption papers drawn up to take Douglas from Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

Shauna can’t understand why Brooke would ever voluntarily give Ridge up. Ridge wants his wife and his marriage, but not at the expense of his son. Ridge misses the mischievous look Brooke used to get in her eye when she looked at him. Ridge enjoys seeing that look again in Shauna’s eyes. Ridge tells Shauna that they can both stay in the guest house. He needs her to be his friend.

Thomas admits to Eric Forrester (John McCook) that he has not been the father that Douglas deserves and that he did terrible things in the name of love. Thomas still wants Hope to be Douglas’ mother. He fantasizes about his wedding to Hope.

Douglas calls Hope to tell her good night and that he wants to come home to her. Hope conjures up a plan to get Douglas back. Since Thomas is vulnerable and still longs for Hope to forgive him, Hope schemes to spend time with Thomas and Douglas as a family and then convince Thomas to sign the custody papers. Brooke worries that it’s a dangerous idea to play on Thomas’ obsession with Hope.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Keeping Their Secret From Liam Spencer

Hope’s belief that Thomas still loves her is confirmed when he calls to tell her that Douglas is settled in and to apologize for hurting her. Now, all she has to do is get him to trust her again.

The catch is that they have to keep the plan a secret from Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), Ridge, and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Douglas saved Hope from the grief and despair of losing her baby girl, so she’s going to save him from Thomas.
