Don Diamont (Bill Spencer) berates his son for not paying attention during a business meeting with Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears). Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) is distracted by thoughts of Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). He wishes he knew what was really going on with Sally so he could help her.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers and Recap – Sally Insists On Going Back To Work
Sally returns to work, gung-ho to complete Steffy’s line for the showdown. Katie Logan (Heather Tom) says that Steffy wouldn’t expect Sally to work after the news she just received. Sally reels after receiving the news that she only has one month to live and that her disease is in its advanced stages with no treatment. She believed she would have a long, crazy, over-the-top life like her aunt Sally (Darlene Conley). Sally refuses to call her aunt and disturb her life sipping mai-tais and flirting with cabana boys on a tropical island. Sally laments that she never got to experience marriage and children with Wyatt.
Katie jumps into action, encouraging Sally to look for a specialist, get a second opinion, and fill her prescriptions to manage pain until they meet with the palliative care team. She begs Sally to allow her friends, including Wyatt, to help her. Sally refuses to make Wyatt feel obligated. She prohibits Katie from telling anyone about her terminal illness.
Brooke walks in on a close moment between Thomas and Hope and says she arrived just in time. Thomas leaves in a hurry. Hope tells her mother that Thomas is with Zoe now and isn’t fixated on her anymore. Brooke encourages her to reach out to Liam. Hope says that her feelings toward Liam shifted when she saw him kiss Steffy. Brooke suspects that Thomas was somehow behind the kiss. Brooke warns her to stay vigilant against Thomas’ machinations.
Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) visits Zoe on the set of a photo shoot and is floored by her beauty. He says that Forrester Creations and Thomas are lucky to have her.

Thomas reunites with his old roommate Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero). Vinny wants to know what Thomas is up to. Vinny suspects that Thomas is playing Zoe. Thomas confesses that he’s still doing everything in his power to get Hope back. Vinny blasts Thomas for using Zoe and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) to make Hope jealous. Thomas plans to reveal his “relationship” with Zoe to Douglas at Zoe’s birthday party. Thomas hopes that it will make Douglas’ head spin and he will be so upset that Hope will be forced to reunite with Thomas in order to make the boy happy.

Katie interrupts Bill’s business meeting and tells Wyatt that Sally doesn’t want anyone’s pity and is doing okay. Bill assures his son that Sally isn’t a fragile flower. She will recover from the break-up and be fine. When Wyatt and Justin leave, Bill interrogates Katie about what’s worrying her.
Katie betrays Sally’s trust and blabs her secret to Bill. Bill is shocked by the news that Sally is dying and feels terrible for her. Katie wants Sally’s last days to be happy and peaceful. Sally calls Katie to make her promise not to spill the beans about her illness. Katie agrees to secrecy but debates telling Wyatt the truth.
