Seasoned soap fans know the retrospectives that are being shown on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ signal the baby swap arc’s end. Numerous characters who have been involved in the month’s-long storyline have been reflecting back upon recent history that has forced them to today.
Hope Forrester (Annika Noelle), Flo Fulton Logan (Katrina Bowden), and others are overwhelmed by all that’s happened since Catalina Island. Now, they and the viewers will watch the reveal drop and its results.

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) thought, naturally, that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) was speaking about heaven. Saying that Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) was alive meant that her soul didn’t die, just like his mommy’s, Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey). They were together in the next world, that’s what Douglas meant.
But no, Douglas wasn’t acknowledging an awareness of what happens to people after they die on earth. Instead, he was repeating what he heard his father say.
Liam’s recent use of the information shown on Phoebe Forrester’s birth certificate led him to a hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. That pursuit, along with his phone conversation with the doctor, who said she was out of the country when Flo claimed to have given birth, enabled Clifton’s tormented character to piece everything together. That’s when he reached down, picked up Beth from her crib at Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) home and wept with joy.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Trying To Push Forward
Maternal instinct created the draw to Phoebe. Hope felt something uniquely unusual whenever she’s been around the child Steffy believes she adopted.
But Beth has also been evidencing her awareness of who Hope is. Earlier this week, while Flo was with them, the Logan sisters referenced the oddness of Phoebe calling Hope mama. That incident, along with many others, will all be seen in retrospect as the truth hiding in plain sight.
As Hope is trying to make it through her unwanted honeymoon, she’s been flashing back to her life with Liam. Thankfully, the loss she believes they suffered will soon be identified as a terrible crime.

Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) deserves significant jail time for stealing Beth and selling her for a quarter million dollars. Flo should be put behind bars for a while as well, as her go-along as the faux birth mother is the second reason why ‘Lope’ has been denied their child for such a long period of time.

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) wasn’t involved in initiating the baby swap, but he intentionally capitalized on it in order to further his plans with Hope. However, he actually tops Reese and Flo in deserving to be punished based on what he did to the late Emma Barber (Nia Sioux).
But the above won’t hinder to rightness of Hope and Liam being with their daughter. Whether that also leads to a reconciliation of their marriage is part of the fallout that viewers will be watching.

Beth need to be reunite with her mom Hope and Dad Liam they deserve to be a family after being separated for this long period of time. Steffy need to find her a man and leave Hope and Liam alone while they enjoy their baby. Steffy mom and the doctor need to go to jail. Everyone’s involve need to go to jail especially Thomas that monster don’t deserve Hope. Thomas need to be punish also for killing Emma.
Taylor didn’t know what Reese did, she is as much a victim as Hope and Liam are. Flo should be going to jail, she did after all sign legal papers claiming to be the babys mother
FINALLY!! I feel like I’ve given birth myself. Now if the writers won’t be so ignorant about giving the baby to Hope, then maybe we can enjoy the show again. Nobody really acts this stupid!
I feel Hope and Liam should reunite their marriage. Just like the character said on today’s show, that for the past year they have had their life torn apart over lies. I know it’s a soap opera, but this is about children not who is sleeping with whom. Hope has had enough push backs from Steffy’s decisions. It’s the tear jerker time…let them have this time. Steffy can move on. I feel bad for her character having to bond over a child you think is yours. I’ve lived it. Lies, when it comes to a child, are just bad and don’t end well! Put Hooe and Liam back together!!!

I agree Hope should get her baby back, but lets cover all our bases and have the DNA test done so that All are on the same page and then we never have to talk about I was robbed again.
Matthew Atkinson is such a great actor. I hope this leads to other roles for him in the movie world.

I understand what soap opera’s are but i will not let my daughters watch the total immorality this story has portrayed. Our current WORLD IS HAVING ENOUGH PROBLEMS without teaching our youth how to treat loved ones badly. Pitiful. Just MHO.

The writers really made Hope’s character act stupid, naive, irrational, illogical, unstable, thoughtless, uncaring, etc. etc.! There is no way in the reality world a person whom is so in love with their soulmate, get a divorce just to marry the man of a child who has lost their mother. Hope could have given Douglas all the attention he needed while remaining being married to Liam. Also, I definitely didn’t care for 7 months of dragging out the truth of baby Beth. Flo should of came clean as soon as Reece told her the truth of the baby switch, and that Hope is the birth mother. Flo should not of signed all those adoption agreements, records, certificates, etc. She should of told the lawyer, who drew up the paperwork, the truth before signing. This whole thing was/is insane. Why are Hope and Liam having all this anguish going on in their lives? Time to let them remarry, adopt Douglas from Thomas, and put Hope back to work on her line: Hope for the Future! Forrester Creation needs to go back to creating clothes. And bring Sally Spectra back and reunite with Wyatt!!
Ms. Penny I totally agree with you. The writers over did that story line and Hope did look stupid and ignorant. If they don’t let Hope let Steffy see the baby after Steffy was so kind to Hope then they will make Hope look selfish and mean; afterwhich, they make Hope look so sweet and innocent.
