The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will continue her attempts to keep Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) from his son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) hopes that his wife will offer compassion to Thomas. But with all that’s happened through the years and most importantly, the just-ended Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) debacle, has convinced Brooke that Thomas remains a threat to others, including those she loves.
Brooke believes that Thomas does care about his son. However, that doesn’t sway her feelings regarding his lack of parental instincts.Thomas probably used Douglas as an emotional weapon against Hope Forrester (Annika Noelle). The tactic temporarily worked. She agreed to become Douglas’ stepmother as part of an agreement to marry Thomas.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Pushes For Redemption
The idea that any parent would use their child, no matter the offspring’s age, in order to manipulate another person into marriage is abhorrent. Add to that Douglas’ kindergarten status and the depth of Thomas’ unbalanced thoughts can’t be denied.
The theory of redemption is sound. However, Thomas skated past any form of justice for his amoral and illegal actions. Though his push off the cliff could be seen as a consequence. Lang’s character remains opposed to her husband’s continued pleas for his son because Thomas hasn’t paid what would normally be considered his just due for all that he did. Brooke believes that Thomas is now using Ridge as a shield, while remaining a deep risk.
Ridge has withheld what he knows about Thomas’ involvement in Emma Barber’s (Nia Sioux) death. Kaye’s character sees that as a necessary choice in order to try and massage Thomas’ case for forgiveness.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Didn’t Know How To Be A Single Parent
Part of Thomas’ acknowledgment to his father at the hospital included the honest admission that he didn’t know how to be a single parent. Ridge took pity on his misguided son, pledging to stand by him.
Caroline Spencer’s (Linsey Godfrey) unexpected death resulted in Thomas bringing Douglas back to Los Angeles, California. Atkinson’s character then played off everyone’s heartfelt response, turning his family’s compassion into something ugly.

Knowing that he wasn’t welcomed back into Brooke’s house, Thomas still chose to see Douglas. Yet another decision that fronts the sympathy card, while also reinforcing Brooke’s suspicions about her stepson’s lack of personal growth.

Brooke has no say as far as Thomas letting him see Douglas. She is just mad because Thomas married Hope. Brooke, right now, is no better than Flo is she continues this path. She just needs to let this go.
I agree Brook has no say so and I don’t care for her BUT Thomas has no business being around Douglas. He is not stable and still has the devil in him.
Maybe, the safest place for Douglas to be his with his grandmothers.

Brooke, always gets her way in this soap, she just makes me squirm, so sick of her demands and talking like she’s an angel. I despise her, she has no right or business to keep Douglas away from his father even if he is unstable. The whole Logan, Forrester and Spencer clan are unstable family. She is the biggest hypocrite of all time. Who is she to judge anyone. She defended the most unstable, diabolical, need i say more man. I’m talking about Bill Spencer. Brooke defended him to no end. She didn’t stop him from having a relationship with his son, while he was trying to ruin Ridge and the Forresters. She did everything she could to keep this devil and his son together..sick!!!
This storyline is ridiculous! Brooke has no say over Douglas! She has no right to keep Douglas from Thomas!
I know! Brooke is just ridiculous! She is a hypocrite! Her own children were taken from her in court! Does anybody remember when Hope and RJ were taken away from her in court!
