Their storyline started years ago when Katie ran off shortly after giving birth to her son Will Spencer (Finnegan George). Brooke stepped in to help Bill with the baby, and before long feelings developed between the two.

When Katie returned, Bill decided to stay with her, yet he couldn’t ignore his feelings for Brooke. Bill and Brooke hit the sheets, which resulted in her becoming pregnant with his child. However, she miscarried the baby and decided to keep it a secret. But Brooke’s nemesis Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) revealed Brooke’s pregnancy along with her affair with Bill at a party.

The revelation led to the end of Bill and Katie’s marriage and jumpstarted Brooke and Bill’s on-again/off-again romance.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Bill Spencer’s Relationships

Throughout the years, Bill continued to bounce between Katie and Brooke. As for the sisters, Katie found it in her heart to forgive Brooke.

In recent months, it looked like things were back to normal for the Logan and Spencer families. Katie and Bill seemed headed for reconciliation, while Brooke was happy with her true love Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

However, one night while they were alone in the cabin, Brooke and Bill shared a kiss which was caught on camera by Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards). Upon learning about the video, Brooke’s new enemy Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) decided to use it as payback.

After the video of their kiss was exposed, Ridge dumped Brooke and went chasing after Shauna. As for Katie, she was once again heartbroken over Bill and Brooke’s betrayal.

B&B Spoilers – Does Bill Spencer Really Love Katie Logan

Bill is trying to make things right with Katie and is begging her for forgiveness. However, fans are questioning does he loves Katie?

Bill and Katie were one of B&B’s super couples. Viewers loved how the sweet Katie tamed the Spencer bad boy. The couple has gone through their share of problems, which include Katie’s health issues. Bill has stuck by her side throughout every ordeal.

But when Bill began an affair with Brooke, fans couldn’t help noticing the chemistry between the two. Even when he and Brooke aren’t together, Bill can’t stop thinking about her. The kiss has reawakened his love for the oldest Logan sister.

However, Brooke doesn’t seem to be sharing the same feelings as Bill. She’s determined to save her relationship with Ridge.

Bill’s got a tough decision ahead of him as he struggles with his love for both Katie and Brooke. While he’s intent on reuniting with Katie, at the moment his heart is with Brooke.

Fans will have to wait and see if there’ll be another round of Brill, or if Batie reunites one more time. Either way, Bill’s decision is going to have fans up in arms.
