Instead, she pushed him away, which only contributed to their marital problems. Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) might have been an added stressor. While the couple was together, Shauna did try to get her hands on the designer. She tried this by “helping” Ridge while he was drunk. However, she promised that Brooke could never find out and agreed to keep it silent. However, Thomas got involved, learned about the secret and made sure Brooke heard all the details.

While Brooke does believe her husband didn’t have a fling with Shauna, that was then. The situation is very different now and the two characters are getting closer.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that things will continue to get complicated between Ridge and Brooke. They do still love each other, but a lot has happened. With their main problem being Thomas, can these two ever reconcile?

Speaking to TV Insider, Thorsten Kaye discussed “Bridge.” He made it clear that Ridge would never choose another woman over Brooke. This seems to imply that his time with Shauna is limited. However, he also said that the same thing couldn’t be said for Brooke.
