Anyone who has been following the COVID-19 pandemic knows that older citizens are the most at-risk age group, and contracting the virus could be deadly for them. Sadly, The Bold and the Beautiful fan favorite and icon John McCook falls into that age group.

The Bold And The Beautiful New Episodes Spoilers – CBS Soap Opera Racing To Finnish Filming

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that the CBS soap opera is racing to finish filming all-new episodes, get them packaged, and get them back on TV as soon as possible. But, they have had to get creative to maintain social distancing protocols, eliminate contact between actors, and have even brought in some of the stars’ significant others to film romantic scenes in order to be operating scenes safely.

Right before The Bold and the Beautiful went off the air, Eric Forrester and Quinn were not in a good place. Quinn’s sneaky old ways had come back with a vengeance, and she was responsible for sabotaging Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) relationship with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and then encouraged Ridge to hook up with her pal Shauna (Denise Richards) instead of working things out with his
wife.

B&B Spoilers – Eric Forrester Not Happy

Naturally, Eric Forrester is not a happy camper with his wife for meddling in his son’s love life. But, the writers would have probably worked things out between Eric and Quinn within a few weeks and got their marriage back on track. Unfortunately, COVID-19 struck, and the disease could turn out to be the deciding factor in Quinn’s fate.

Instead of putting Quinn and Eric back together, The Bold and the Beautiful rumors hint that the writers are leaning towards a permanent split, and Eric will most likely take a trip to work things out in his head and be out of town for a while, to reduce John McCook’s risk of getting sick on set.
