Brooke decided it would be best if Hope didn’t say anything about Thomas’ alleged death. Even though it was an accident, she predicted that Hope could lose everything, including her freedom. This was her reasoning for keeping it a secret from Ridge. She did this even though the designer was frantic about his son’s sudden disappearance.

At one point, Hope was close to telling Ridge the truth. She even uttered the words, “Thomas is dead.” However, Brooke covered for her daughter. Did she cross the line by doing this? You better believes she did. No matter what, Ridge deserved to know the truth, especially from his wife who supposedly loves him.

Bold & The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Taunts

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Thomas is alive. Now Hope and Brooke know it too. Once Thomas learned that Brooke knew of his “death” and didn’t say anything to Ridge, Thomas became angry. He taunted Brooke with it and Brooke knew what she had to do.

B&B Spoilers: Coerced Confession

Even though Thomas claims he didn’t threaten Brooke, she took it as such. This led her to go see Ridge and tell him the truth. Just like Hope coerced Thomas into signing custody papers, the young man coerced Brooke into confessing to her husband. It is an interesting turn of events and right now, it looks like Thomas has the upper hand.
