The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has a serious illness. Until we find out exactly what that is, fans are speculating. Based on her symptoms and behavior, could it be a neurological condition? If so, her refusal to let go of Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) could just be another symptom. Keep reading to find out what could happen on the CBS soap opera.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Sally Spectra’s Symptoms

B&B spoilers reveal Sally is having a lot of strange symptoms. In addition to her hands uncontrollably shaking, she is also having a lot of headaches that seem to be getting worse. As we saw earlier this week, she is also getting dizzy and nearly passed out while confronting Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). However, these aren’t the only symptoms she is struggling to cope with.

B&B Spoilers – Behavioral Changes

It is suggested that she might also be having some behavioral changes. She lashed out while discussing her sketches with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). She “refused” to let Wyatt break up with her. Once a strong woman, she seems to be acting a bit off and others are noticing it too. In fact, it is what leads Wyatt to confront Sally about what is really going on with her.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Possible Neurological Condition

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that there could be a number of different health conditions that Sally has. Due to her shaking, headaches, dizziness and changed behavior, it seems like a neurological condition is the most likely. However, that is just pure speculation at this point in time. We will find out later this week when she meets with a specialist.

B&B Spoilers – Character is Not Pregnant

On Facebook, fans have been talking a lot about what could be going on with Sally. Despite many viewers commenting that she is pregnant, that is not the case. It was made perfectly clear in Soap Opera Digest that she is sick and has an illness. So, that takes pregnancy off the table.

If a neurological condition is the excuse for not wanting to let go of Wyatt, then all of the characters must have it as well, especially Steffy and Hope fighting over lame Liam.

What I’d like is for Brooke to be put in her place. Why the writers allow her to walk all over others, just baffles me. She needs to be reminded that she came from nothing and SLEPT her way to the top of the money chain in not just one but two families. Shes bordering on psychotic and needs to get her own house in order instead of threatening others or trying to run others lives. Apparently that bitchslap didnt knock any sense into her cause here she is again making threats and demanding things that aren’t her concern. Idk why I bother writing, its apparent that these writers dont listen to the fans or Brooke, Hope and Flo, wouldnt be walking around like they are queens and NOT taking responsibility for any of the dirt or consequences of their actions. So sick of the Steffys, and Sally’s of this story getting DIRT thrown in their faces and having their hearts broken at the expense of the Brooke’s, Hope’s and Flos. Cut a girl some slack

It could be Parkinson’s…I just hope they don’t kill her off.

Sure hope the writers don’t kill Sally off. Would be great if Brooke and Hope could have some bad things happen to them.
