Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Douglas Rats Out Thomas – Baby Beth Secret Spills

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Douglas Rats Out Thomas – Baby Beth Secret SpillsThomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is certifiable on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. Foolishly talking about Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) still being alive while on a perturbed callback to Flo Fulton Logan (Katrina Bowden), Thomas didn’t see innocent Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) was standing in the doorway.

Viewers didn’t know exactly what Douglas heard as Thomas made his latest threat to Flo. But then he asked his daddy why he said baby Beth was still alive. Boom!

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Not Father Of The Year

Atkinson is killing it, as Thomas reveals his ever more cold-hearted self. While all parents are human beings and can become annoyed with their children, Thomas had no rational reason to chide his pre-kindergarten son when Douglas asked a fully legitimate question about a baby that is believed by nearly everyone to have died on Catalina Island.

Thomas’ inhumanity reflects a blend of him allowing his mental illness to go untreated, his family member’s enabling that situation by turning a blind eye, and the effects of this bleeding on for who knows how many months, if not years. Now, the latest target of his narcissistic mind is that poor soul Douglas.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Caroline Is Dead And Mishearing Is A Lie

In one of the first overt signs that Douglas is rebelling against his dad’s manipulation, he told Thomas that he doesn’t talk about Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) anymore. Douglas also said that he loves Hope Forrester (Annika Noelle), but that Godfrey’s mysteriously dead character would always be his mommy.

The above came after Thomas grabbed Douglas’ right arm arm and began telling him to never speak Beth’s name again. Trying to convince Douglas that he misheard what was being said didn’t work and hardened his stance.

B&B threw plenty into the scene above, intentionally triggering the emotions of the audience. The writer’s room typed spot on as it continues to paint Thomas as a deeply dark villain. Fans are intrigued by what comes next, which makes this arc good soap.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Enemy List Grows

Douglas becomes a surprise edition to Thomas’ enemy list. It seemed as though this child character was too young to know that he was being used. But being angered, physically grabbed, and having his mother disrespected combined to set him off.

Imagine the justice if Thomas’ own child becomes the one to relay what he heard his father say on the phone to Hope, or any of the involved players. Samiri, whose performances have been nothing short of terrific, stood in front of a mirror and repeated, “Baby Beth is alive.”. Thomas had already left the room, which was good for Douglas, and may foreshadow what’s soon to come.
