The plan is for Wyatt to be convincing. He’s trying to convince Sally that the reboot with Flo isn’t going well. Purposely not offering details, Wyatt wants Sally to believe that he and Flo are no longer together and that he wants to rekindle ‘Wally’.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Wally Wasn’t Solid Either Time
Wyatt’s gamble is that Sally will believe that he has no knowledge of her terminal condition and that she’ll open up to him about her death is imminent. That’s a risky attempt on at least two fronts.
It will surely be hard for Wyatt to maintain a straight face, as he tries to regain Sally’s trust. Assuming he does, it will be a challenge to express shock when Sally likely relays her plight.
Sally never stopped loving Wyatt since they initially bonded last summer. ‘Wally’ didn’t last long, as Flo moved to Los Angeles, California, and happened upon Wyatt at a party. Their high school connection soon led to a ‘Wo’ reunion.
Flo’s role in the Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) debacle caused Wyatt to drop her and Sally to take him back. But Wyatt ended ‘Wally’ again following Flo’s immunity deal and her kidney donation to Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Sally was naturally crushed and then was stunned when learning about her terminal condition.
B&B Spoilers – Flo Fulton Believes Love Is Strong
Love isn’t in question where Wyatt and Flo are concerned, though they hope Sally believes it is. This ruse is purely well-intentioned but could become impossible to sustain depending upon time factors.
Flo is thinking that Sally’s diagnosis is so dire that she isn’t a threat to the relationship she just reestablished with Wyatt. For his part, Wyatt just wants to comfort Sally, while also remaining true to the woman he loves most, Flo.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Cure, Or At Least Remission Hoped For
Just because Sally is expected to die within less than a month doesn’t mean that’s what will happen. Remission is an alternative option that could see Sally persist indefinitely, or she could live because a cure for her condition is realized. What would Wyatt do in either instance?
It’s unlikely that Wyatt will stop loving Flo, regardless of whatever amount of sympathy he’ll have for Sally. But if he’s still pretending to have broken up with Bowden’s character, then the truth will have to come out at some plot point. That would represent a classic soapy scenario, with no easy resolution.
