That would normally result in Noelle’s character seeking comfort in Liam’s arms. But the bond Hope is forming with Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) is also serving to reopen emotional doors to Thomas (Matthew Atkinson).

Someone will need to comfort Steffy when she’s forced to give Phoebe to Hope. Liam stands as the right man for that job. Meanwhile, Hope will be overjoyed to have her firstborn back. A deepening connection with Thomas, considering Douglas’ frequent interactions and proximity to Hope, makes sense.

As B&B viewers clearly recall, Reese outright wronged Hope in an incredibly self-centered and diabolical way. No honest doctor would ever break his oath to care for a patient by telling a mother that her newborn died, when that didn’t happen and then put the body of another mother’s deceased child in her arms.

But that’s exactly what Dr. Buckingham did. Then, Zoe (Kiara Barnes) helped cover everything up because she was trying to protect her dad.

Zoe entered everyone’s consciousness as the sketchy sketch artist Wyatt (Darin Brooks) hired to create a mural on his beachfront home’s wall. After doing so, Miss Buckingham was painted as a woman who was stalking Xander (Adain Bradley).

Barnes’ character’s past can serve as an off-kilter source that was suppressed, rather than eliminated. Whether that will be enough to help Zoe retain her job at Forrester Creations when the sordid story comes out remains to be seen. More importantly, will she join her father in jail, where he most certainly will be going?

Flo stands at the center of the Logan’s and the Forrester’s. She’ll continue to be treated kindly, temporarily. But eventually, judgment day will arrive on B&B, with her life being supremely affected.
