Vincent Irizarry

Viewers may recall that soap vet Vincent Irizarry recently joined “The Bold and the Beautiful” as Dr. Jordan Armstrong. He attended to Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) after his fall from a cliff. He was instrumental in minimizing the latter’s injuries after the incident.

Viewers were excited when they first heard the news that Irizarry joined the cast of show, albeit in a recurring capacity. The actor is known for his role as Deimos Kiriakis on “Days of Our Lives,” “David Chow on “The Young and the Restless,” and as David Hayward on “All My Children.” Now that he’s role in treating Thomas is done, many fans are wondering if he’s leaving the show?

Dr. Armstrong currently has Katie Logan (Heather Tom) under his care. Her kidneys are failing and may die if she doesn’t get a kidney transplant. What’s next for the good doctor once Katie’s medical crisis wraps up?

A recent complimentary tweet by one of the CBS soap’s writers, Patrick Mulcahey seemed to imply that the actor may be exiting the show after Katie’s recent storyline.

Mulcahey said, “Vince, you’ve been an awesome doctor for us! I wish we could push the rest of the cast off a cliff one by one so you could take care of them all. Here’s hoping our paths cross again. And again.”
