Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Karla Mosley Scores Hot New Gig

Karla Mosley, known to many as Maya Avant on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” has joined the cast of an upcoming musical called “Found.” The actress will take on the role of Becka and will work alongside “Wicked” alum Jonah Platt who will play the role of Davy.

Joining the cast of the IAMA Theater Company’s production is Jordan Kai Burnett and Mike Millan. The previews will begin on February 14 and the show will formally open on February 20 at the Los Angeles Theater Center.

Moritz von Stuelpnagel, who’s nominated for a Tony award for his work on “Hand To God,” directs the musical. The creative team is comprised of Kathryn Burns as the choreographer, Frank Galgano and Matt Castle as the music directors and orchestrators.

Sibyl Wickersheimer joins the team as the scenic designer while Yee Eun Nam takes on the projection designer role. The lighting designer is Joey Guthman, Cricket S. Myers as the sound designer, Tilly Grimes as costume designer, and Micheal O’Hara as the prop master. Lexi Sloan is the producer while Celestial Zenith is the co-producer.

Mosley started to portray the role of the ex-con turned actress Maya Avant on “The Bold and the Beautiful” back in 2013. “Found” isn’t Mosley’s first foray into musicals. She’s performed in the musical production of “Dreamgirls” at the TUTS Theater back in 2007. She also appeared on “Max and Ruby” from 2007 to 2008.

Her other acting credits include “Hart of Dixie,” “Law & Order,” “Gossip Girl,” and “Battle Creek.”

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for January 28, Tuesday, reveal that drama will continue to heat up.

To start off, Eric Forrester (John McCook) will bring some news to Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), which will leave her devastated. Eric and Quinn will have a serious talk and the latter won’t like what the former has to say.

Meanwhile, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) plans to come clean to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) about their kiss. She’s about to confess that she intentionally kissed him when she knew that Hope was watching. She’ll also spill the beans that it was all Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) doing. As expected, Liam won’t be happy when he discovers that Steffy and Thomas are in cahoots.
