Katrina Bowden, who’s also known as Flo Fulton on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” is taking a short break. Viewers won’t see her for six and a half weeks while she finishes taping her scenes in Australia for an upcoming movie.

In an Instagram post, the actress announced, “At LAX right now getting a little buzzed off tequila as a wait for my delayed flight to somewhere very far away. I’m going to shoot a movie for the next 6.5 weeks and I’m so excited and anxious and can’t wait to share more ahhh!!”

Bold & The Beautiful News – Fans Asks If Bowden’s Leaving The Show

Fans were quick to ask if she was leaving the show permanently and Bowden replied that she’s not leaving. She made it clear by saying, “nope- they just gave me a few weeks off to be here to shoot this movie”.

Some of Bowden’s friends expressed their support for the actress. Kelly Kruger who plays Mackenzie Browning of “The Young and the Restless” said, “Soooo excited for you.” Meanwhile, Rena Sofer, also known as Quinn Forrester on “The Young and the Restless” also commented, “Omg!!! Where what?? I’ll miss you!”

B&B News – What Happens To Flo While Bowden’s Away?

Now that viewers know that Bowden won’t be around for a few weeks, many have been left wondering what will happen to her character Flo Fulton while she’s away. What will happen to Flo and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).

It’s possible that Flo will recuperate from her kidney surgery off screen while Wyatt and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) plan their wedding. It’s also possible that Bowden already filmed her scenes in advance or perhaps their love triangle won’t be the main storyline until Bowden’s return.
