‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Liam Challenged By Lope Life – Reboot With Steffy Looms

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Liam (Scott Clifton) is having a harder time than he’s admitted handling the realities of being married to Hope (Annika Noelle). The major drama of Beth’s (Isabella de Armas and Redford Prindiville) apparent demise turned ‘Lope’s’ shared life into something neither spouse expected.

Now, as Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and the girls temporarily live overseas, Liam is considering a visit. Doing so would leave Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) with an open path to Hope, just as tenured B&B fans have been expecting.

Hope and Thomas were a couple many moons ago. It was so far back, in soapy time, that both characters actually had different faces. Today, with Noelle and Atkinson embodying each alter ego, a couple’s shift appears in the making.

Liam’s challenge isn’t love. He does have a full, genuine belief that he and Hope are and should remain married. But after Beth was sold by Reese (Wayne Brady) to Steffy, unbeknownst to her, Taylor (Hunter Tylo) and Lope, Hope’s feelings shifted.

As B&B fans recall, Liam’s wishy-washy state of mind led Steffy to tell him to leave her and marry Hope, which he did. When a reversal of emotional fortune descended upon Lope, Hope told Liam to return to Steffy. He didn’t and that was telling.

The answer to who Liam loved more seemed to be revealed by Clifton’s character’s firm decision to remain with Hope. He didn’t even consider leaving her, as Liam considers their family to be Hope and him. If a baby can be part of their future, then so be it. But no matter the future, Liam loves Hope and wants to be with her.

Hope’s grief recently began breaking because of Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri). Her entire demeanor has almost completely rebounded because she’s been able to stop thinking about Beth’s loss twenty-four-seven. This is a positive development but is also establishing conflict.

Liam recognizes that Hope isn’t ready to think about trying to have another baby. She believes the loss of two children means that she’s not meant to be a mother.

It will be epic when Beth is revealed. When that happens, Hope and Liam will be overjoyed, but Steffy will be crushed because Phoebe will disappear.

As the above plays out, Liam won’t be able to gauge Hope’s response or his own. Lope will appear ready to bond and move on with their first-born.

But Hope’s called for Steam reboot will also be tied up, as Steffy will then be feeling a loss. Liam won’t need to be told to help the other love of his life and what follows can’t be predicted.
