B&B fans have been very upset over the fact that Jacob Young disappeared as Rick. They didn’t get an exit storyline. It was merely mentioned on the show that Rick and Maya decided to get divorced.

When Maya was pressed to give an answer as to why they were ending their marriage, she never really said. The storyline was sloppy, and it gave the Bold and the Beautiful viewers no answers as to why their marriage ended.
It was just a rush to explain why Young would not return to the soap opera. With the news that Rick is coming back to B&B, does that mean that Young will return to the role?
This is something that the CBS soapster has not revealed. In casting news, there is no information on who will play Rick. All we know is that Rick and Maya will be a big part of the fall storylines, according to Soap Opera Digest.

I’m Hoping Maya And Carter Get Back Together As A Couple. Rick Killed Ridge And Taylor Daughter Phoebe That Is Steffy Twin Sister And Thomas Sister. But Brooke Wants To Judge Thomas All The Time, So Brooke Has Skeletons In Her Closet Too.
I am almost certain that Justin Torkildsen is returning to the role but is remaining tight-lipped. Jacob Young left B&B on bad terms and I doubt he will return in any capacity within at least a few years. Justin would have to be coy on details regarding a contract role but not so much a recurring/guest role, as it is outlined under the T&Cs. My thoughts lie with Justin returning on a contract basis – and history may say it will be on a longer-term basis as he is the only adult-Rick portrayer (otherwise between Jacob and Kyle Lowder) to have left the show on good terms, as Kyle Lowder was fired.
Rick did not kill Phoebe. They were in the car with Rick driving and Phoebe took the wheel away from Rick causing the accident. But it was an accident, not malicious intent.
Brooke has the right to judge Thomas because he is being unstable which leads me to believe some sort of health issue is at play. Whether mental or physical illness is hard to say, because he has issues on both sides of his family. Mom Taylor acts unstable, especially on the last several episodes we have seen her on. Talk about skeletons, she has several doozies. Then Thomas’ aunt Pamy had a brain tumor that made her do some outrageous things especially under the saying “honey bear”, ask Donna. Everybody on the show have skeletons because it is a soap opera after all.
I want a whole year of seeing a happy strong Steffy and Ridge and Taylor and Thomas on my screen and NO LOGANS AND NO SPENCERS (Except Kelly) I would rather watch the Foresters and the advents than any Logan. Petition to get the Logans of my screen. I would sign it.
please don’t show the Marone family. it has been great not seeing psycho boring Taylor and her daughter queen Steffy. it is a pity poor Brooke is still with that dud of a man Fridge Marone and i hope psycho Thomas ends up in a mental institution. just keep showing the Logans as they are a lot more interesting and more importantly can act. bring back Rick and also Bridget. the more Logans the merrier. GO THE LOGANS GIVE THAT MARONE FAMILY HELL.
Rick did not kill Taylor and Ridge daughter. The daughter pulled the steering wheel form Rick while he was driving. It was an accident.
That whole educational love story ran its course. Maya can go …and take her 227 with her.
And Thomas was merely following Emma who was texting while driving, resulting in her own death.
