The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers (B&B) show that Rena Sofer has recently encouraged fans to take part in yoga classes. The pandemic has kept viewers and Bold and Beautiful actors alike trapped indoors. This has encouraged the Bold and Beautiful cast to reach out to fans to keep them entertained, help them come up with ways to stay healthy, as well as giving them ways to support their community through buying things from local businesses.

The Bold and the Beautiful Updates and Spoilers – Rena Sofer Encourages Fans To Do Yoga

Rena Sofer took to Instagram recently to give fans another way to work out from home. The work out that she spoke about was yoga as she recommended her friend’s yoga class. She mentioned that by buying the class once, it will be that fan’s video forever to play over and over again. After letting fans in on this, she let fans in on something fans may not have known. This is that she once trained to be a yoga teacher about 20 years ago. Based on her experience, she recommended that her fans should take her friend’s class.

B&B Spoilers – Rena Answers Production Question

In her post, she showed a picture of the video playing in the background. She was in the picture, and the caption read, “Loved taking my friend @jessicaoldfieldyoga classes. As much as I love her, I love seeing her dog Henry during every class. Her classes are available on her website, and once you buy one, you can do it over and over!!! You may not know this about me, but I trained to be a yoga teacher about 20 years ago, and every time I do yoga, I am reminded that my body LOVES YOGA!!! So I highly recommend jess’s classes!!! As viewers know, the Bold and the Beautiful is on halt until further notice due to the Covid-19 Outbreak. Bold and the Beautiful will be switching over to classic episodes when all of their new episodes are gone, which will be this upcoming week. As this time no one knows when the show will resume production not even actors although fans are still curious.

One fan asked Rena Sofer, “Hi Rena, have you stopped filming or when is the last episode till we get back to “normal.” In which Rena Sofer responded, saying, “we stopped filming, and we plan to go back as soon as we are allowed.” Hopefully, the show will start production back up when they are safe enough to do so.
