So far, fans have seen Brooke be confrontational, aggressive and a bit violent with the face slapping. Part of this has to do with showing the competition that she is not someone to be messed with.

The other part of it is that Brooke is simply dealing with too many stressful situations at once. Everything that has happened with her loved ones is a heavy weight and more keeps piling on. Human beings can only take so much before they snap. So, Shauna better be careful because Brooke is pretty darn close to that point.

B&B spoilers suggest that Ridge is feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by all the conflict. He has tried to deal with the Thomas and Shauna situations by listening, trying to understand and compromising. However, that hasn’t worked out so well.

Ridge doesn’t want any stress or drama in his life. He is on a quest to attain peace, but even moving out of the house hasn’t eased the tension. Emotions are too high and there are others scheming against the couple, making it even worse. With the way things are right now, it just doesn’t seem like peace is possible.
