Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) believes she has less than a month to live on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. Her deadly diagnosis is already evidencing itself through a noticeably deteriorating physical condition.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) was written into this storyline and is serving as Sally’s confidant. Despite the pressure Tom’s character is applying, Hope’s apparently short-term alter ego continues insisting that she remain silent and tell no one about this seemingly fasted state.

Thankfully Katie felt that she had to tell her soul mate, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Later she revealed the truth to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Both choices were the right ones to make, as Sally is understandably in a state of panic and isn’t thinking clearly.

Katie’s actions would have been debatable if Sally shared a secret with her that wasn’t about life and imminent death. But the choice to tell Bill and then confide Sally’s confidence in Wyatt is heartfelt.

Sure, Sally won’t like what Katie did. She’ll feel betrayed, thinking that her dignity has been dashed. It hasn’t, as the compassion Sally deserves to have can be most uniquely delivered by only one man, the person she loves, Wyatt.

B&B Spoilers – It Seems Like Yesterday

‘Wally’ was a promising couple when Wyatt and Sally first got together. That came after he and Katie mutually agreed to split. As sparked by Bill’s urging and their own recognition of reality, Wyatt and Katie ended their relationship.

A short time later Sally reappeared in Los Angeles, California. She hadn’t been seen on B&B for a while, following the demise of Spectra Fashions, which was resulted because of a business fight with Bill.

But last year’s first edition of ‘Wally’ didn’t endure. Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) arrival in LA changed everything, both then, at a later point, and most recently.

Wyatt felt the emotional pull back to Flo and dropped Sally because she had withheld information that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) told her about wanting to break up ‘Lope’. That mild mistake paled in contrast to Flo’s involvement in the Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) scam, which sent Wyatt back to Sally. Just weeks ago he broke from her again.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Flo Fulton Supports Wyatt Spencer’s Intention

Wyatt has been in touch with Sally a few times since he ended their revived relationship. He did so most recently with full knowledge of her condition.

Sally may have suspected that Wyatt knew the truth, but wasn’t sure. She soon will be, as the plan Wyatt and Flo have agreed to is intended to provide full support to Sally for as long as she’s alive.

Flo’s support of Wyatt’s intention to console someone he still cares about is sincere. Sally thinks she doesn’t have much time left on this earth, although this is soap and that fact could surely change within one episode.
