B&B spoilers reveal that during the week of April 6, Flo will suspect that not is all as it seems with Sally. She decides to investigate and find out the truth. After all, she can’t go to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and start accusing Sally of faking her deadly disease. Especially since Wyatt is completely fooled by his former flame. He would never believe it because that is not the Sally that he knows.

Flo will take her investigation to the next level by going straight to the source. She pays a visit to Dr. Escobar, not realizing that Penny and Sally are friends and are in on the scam together. However, Penny will make a huge mistake when talking to Flo. Evidence is seen, which makes Flo certain that Sally is faking her disease. She also can’t help but notice how edge and nervous Dr. Escobar is, which she finds strange.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Dr. Escobar is close to breaking. We have already seen her tell Sally that she is freaking out and wants to call the whole scam off. She kept mentioning her stress levels and it’s not going to take much for Flo to push the doctor over the edge.
In fact, it is speculated that Flo will urge Dr. Escobar to come clean.

Sally finds out that Flo visited Dr. Escobar and started asking questions. However, her anxiety explodes when she realizes that Flo’s words have an effect on Penny. The “dying” designer realizes that she must act fast in order to stop Flo (and Penny) from ruining her plan before she snags Wyatt.
