Liam received Steffy’s kiss and then responded with one of his own, just as Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) arrived at B&B’s beautiful, outdoor setting. But Liam didn’t know until now that Steffy was tipped off by Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) cell phone calls, which revealed that what went down was orchestrated and not pure happenstance.

Steffy was beating herself up, Liam thought. She was just feeling guilty because Hope unexpectedly arrived at an inopportune time, which led to ‘Lope’s’ recent breakup. But the event was planned by Wood’s character, which Liam didn’t know.
Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) refused to rule Thomas out as a suspect. She wasn’t sure if the kiss between Liam and Steffy just happened. Even Liam thought Brooke’s line of thought went too far, but it didn’t.
So now that Liam knows the truth, others will as well. Of course, Hope must learn the full story, as that should allow her to see Thomas’s intentions more clearly. This should allow Hope to also make some needed decisions.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Logan’s Doubts Can End
Hope is kind-hearted person. She’s been trying to give Thomas the benefit of the doubt, despite all the terrible actions he took in the past that deeply damaged her life.
Thomas appeared to be expressing real feelings about Zoe. Hope told Liam, just prior to him hearing Steffy’s admission, that she believes it’s possible that Thomas does care about Zoe, which could be why he’s rushing to marry her.
Liam has been trying to get through to Hope since last summer. But all of his efforts have failed. Hope’s outlook is almost certain to radically shift and then remain unbreakable now that she’ll know Thomas arranged for her to be hurt.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Zoe Buckingham Affected Too
Meanwhile, Zoe has her engagement ring and imminent wedding plans in mind. Viewers can imagine what will happen when she comes to learn what Thomas did.
Zoe is smart and she has relationship experience that goes beyond Thomas. He threatened Barnes’ character and Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) during the Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) kidnapping arc. So, Zoe seems likely to recognize that a pattern has happened, with Thomas treating her badly twice.
The proposed wedding could easily be called off by Zoe. The odds of Hope stopping it, because she wants to marry Thomas herself, seem very slim due to Steffy’s honesty in telling Liam what really happened.
