Much has been made about the new character coming onto to the CBS sudser. Part of the reason for that is that Steffy, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) have been in a revolving love triangle for years, and many fans quite frankly are sick of it!

At last new blood is being brought on and fans are excited at the prospect of a new man in the traditional mix of Hope, Liam and Steffy and occasionally Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).

Finn is said to have an “issue” but what that is, is anyone’s guess at this point. Whether or not we find out immediately or down the road we will just have to wait and see. It likely has something to do with him being a doctor, however.

As Steffy’s doctor he probably would be well-advised not to get involved with her, but that’s beside the point.

Monday, July 20 is a historic day for the CBS sudser. On that day they will return to the airwaves with new content after a month’s long filming hiatus.

Steffy will be front and center after being hit while on her motorcycle. She no doubts will be in pain and, this is pure speculation at this point, might need some strong medication to help her heal. Opioid addiction is a huge problem in this country and certainly can be considered an issue. Is getting Steffy hooked on painkillers the “issue” that Finn will find himself involved in?

      Hope had major storylines for two years. Let Steffy have a good storyline that the actress can sink her teeth into. Stop looking at it as a punishment for Steffy, she’s just a character, look at as giving JMW a major storyline!

      Just let Steffy be happy don’t ruin her . She is a good actor and has enough issues without drugs. Let Liam be jealous and Hopeless mad but don’t mess with Steffy.
