This doesn’t just cover the adoption, but also terminates Thomas’ parental rights. While Brooke and Hope were busy scheming and making decisions, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was left out of the loop.

      It’s disgusting. Neither Brooke or hope care for Douglas when they first came back. Hope only wants Douglas to get revenge for having Beth taken from her. Hope needs help too. She supposedly loves beth but why isn’t she with Beth for her first Halloween.
