The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) actually believes in a false vision. While the goal he’s been manipulatively pushing for appears real, it’s not. Like a mirage in the desert, a life with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) can easily disappear in an instant. And with that, Thomas is primed to fall over an emotional edge.

A stable person would not use his grieving, preschool son as a pawn to play with the emotions of various other people. But that’s what Thomas has been doing for many weeks.

Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) unexpectedly lost his mother, Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey). That would devastate any child. So what does Thomas do in response? He draws an illustration as though it was created by Douglas and gives it to Hope.

That was just the appetizer, as Atkinson’s well-played character then took a box of Caroline’s mementos, looked at her handwriting and used it to forge a letter. That fronted, “Just In Case”, two-page message was meant for Hope to read and she did.

Overwhelmed by what seemed like Caroline’s desire for someone like Hope to raise her child if she passed too soon, Noelle’s alter ego made a stark decision. She was going to leave Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), the love of her life, in order to become a full-time mother to Douglas.

Coming in the not-too-distant, but not nearly here future will be the Phoebe Forrester is really Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) mega reveal. Mega because many lives will change, shift, reorganize, or however a soap supporter wants to term that climax.

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be forced to give up the girl she believes was adopted. With that and whether Liam has agreed to be with Steffy, or not, any Steam reboot will be jeopardized, or potentially over.

Meanwhile, Hope will regain the seemingly lost love of her life, Beth. Lope’s renewal then becomes possible, if not more than that.

Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) and Flo Fulton-Logan (Katrina Bowden) will, or certainly should, face arrest, serious legal charges, prosecutions, convictions, and lengthy incarcerations. Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes), if she listens to her boyfriend’s, Xander Avant (Adain Bradley), strong advice might avoid the same fate as her father.

Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) could face a legal slap on the wrist, likely a boot out of the Forrester mansion, and loss of a true friend, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer). That will be deserved for Shauna’s coercing Flo to remain silent.

And then there’s Thomas.

If daytime justice is apt, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will have exposed his illustration scheme to Hope. Thomas’ plan to manipulate the possibly former Mrs. Spencer with the invented last wish note will also come out. With that, he will never regain Hope’s full trust. She might forgive him, as that’s her bent.

But Hope’s wrath will be saved for Reese, Flo, and the others who were involved in the Catalina Island horror. And Thomas would then be alone. He’ll be distraught, but hopefully will work to redeem himself.
