CBS Renews ‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ For Three More Seasons

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest the land of fashion and drama isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. That’s because TV Insider is reporting that CBS has renewed the soap opera for three more seasons.

More Bold, More Beautiful

What does this mean for The Bold and the Beautiful fans? As the show is currently in its 38^th season, the daytime drama will continue to air through to Season 41 in 2027-2028.

During that time, viewers are sure to be treated to a milestone celebration when the soap hits 40 years.

Bold first debuted on CBS in March 1987, and continues to go strong. In fact, it averages 3.2 million fans who tune in, daily. It’s also part of the network’s solid daytime drama lineup, which includes The Young and the Restless, as well as newbie soap, Beyond the Gates.

Bradley Bell Comments

Bold’s Head Writer and Executive Producer, Bradley Bell reflected on the soap, hitting 38 Season, this past February.

He told TV Insider, “When we started B&B, Y&R was in the 3,000s in terms of episode numbers and I remember when Y&R hit episode 4,000, I thought, ‘Gosh, that’s such a huge number.’”

He went on to say, “But now, we’re doing episode 9,504 and it’s at a point where the numbers are staggering. I look at myself in the mirror sometimes and think, ‘You’ve spent your whole life doing this. Are you crazy?’”

Still, Bell notes that it has been a ‘wonderful life’ to have fun and create stories that people watch and care about. In fact, he reveals that it is something quite special!

Now, the show has three more years to present storylines about the fashion industry in L.A. and the larger-than-life characters that reside in it.
