The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that things go from shaky to shocking for Sally. Just when she was already anxious about her plan failing, she finds out some alarming information. Penny knocked Flo unconscious, which turns this scheme from an unethical act to a criminal one.

Not only is it possible that Flo could press charges, but she will also likely tell Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) everything when she wakes up. Sally is going to have to get creative to figure out how to stop her. Sally will also have to deal with explaining to Wyatt why her doctor punched Flo.

      I think she will be forced to go the misdiagnosis route and throw Penny under the bus – or force her to create a false medical record. As of now, no one has anything but Flo’s word that Sally’s illness is being fabricated, and that is Sally’s ace in the hole.
