Heather Tom Celebrates 15 Years On The Bold And The Beautiful

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show that the incredible Heather Tom is celebrating 15 years on the show! She’s played the role of Katie Logan since August 30th, 2007, played Kelly from 2003-2006 on ‘One Life to Live’ and another incredible stint as Victoria Newman on The Young and the Restless from 1991-2003.

She’s been the winner of six Daytime Emmys and the only female performer to win all three categories: Lead Actress, Supporting Actress and Younger Actress! She’s already had an incredible career fit for queens and is still going strong!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Daytime Vortex

While speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Heather described her time in daytime television as a vortex, “It’s so crazy. I’ve been in the vortex of daytime since I started on Y&R when I was 15 and I remember we were talking about a three-year deal and I was like, ‘Oh, my God. Three years?’ And then I ended up staying there for 13. And when I did start on B&B, I only signed a six-month contract, so I wasn’t sure what was going to happen and then once I jumped in, I was like, ‘I hope this show goes forever and I hope I can be a part of it.'”

Tom also recalled her first day when she had scenes with Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) and when Katie first came on she was told that she would not be very fashionable. “We’re going to change that,” Tom laughed about it.

B&B Spoilers – Missed Friends

While she has been able to persist on the show, she has, unfortunately, had to say bye to some co-stars who moved on and went on to other projects. When asked who her most missed co-star was, Tom replied, “Susan [Flannery, ex-Stephanie]. I watched how she took control of a scene and demanded that you show up and toss the ball back. I also miss Patrick Duffy [ex-Stephen]. I loved having the Logan girls’s dead there.”

It has been no doubt an incredible ride for Tom and the best part is it looks like she will continue going for a while longer! We hope to see her more and get her involved in a good storyline. She is a force to be reckoned with and can take any storyline by the horns and make it incredible.
