While Sally and Flo are arguing over the sickness scheme and who deserves Wyatt, someone unexpected shows up. Already famous for popping in without calling first, Dr. Escobar walks in on the two women in a ferocious fight.

However, she isn’t able to calm things down. In fact, her showing up just makes Flo realize that the doctor is in on Sally’s sickness scheme. It just escalates the situation and Sally has to take drastic action.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Dr. Escobar somehow makes the situation even worse between Sally and Flo. That is when Sally does something horrifying when she feels backed into a corner. The desperate designer turns violent and knocks Flo unconscious, according to TV Guide.

But that isn’t all that Sally will have to worry about. Just when Flo hits the ground and isn’t waking up, Wyatt ends up coming through the door.

Sally goes into sheer panic when the doorknob turns and she realizes that Wyatt is about to come in and see his girlfriend unconscious on the floor. How will she explain this to him?

She might put the blame on Dr. Escobar or she could rush to the door and prevent him from coming in. Perhaps she begs him to take her for a walk and leaves Dr. Escobar inside to handle the Flo situation. But what are they going to do when Flo wakes up and threatens to tell Wyatt everything? It seems like this situation will just get even more complicated in the next few weeks. We will have to see what Sally’s brilliant idea is to stop Flo from talking.
