Ian Buchanan Returning to The Bold and the Beautiful

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ fans will be seeing a recognizable face in the coming weeks. New reports indicate that Ian Buchanan is reprising his role as Dr. James Warwick on the hit soap drama.

According to TV Insider, Dr. Warwick is returning to help Sheila Carter (played by actress Kimberlin Brown). He was actually recruited by Eric Forrester (John McCoo) to help evaluate Sheila’s mental state of mind. After all, viewers know that things haven’t been well for Sheila for quite some time now.

In fact, Ian himself sounds like he’s looking forward to working on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ again. He told the site, “One of the things I like about James is that he always took the high ground, even though he went off the rails occasionally himself. He always wants to do the right thing.”

While asked if he thinks Dr. Warwick is the best choice to diagnose Sheila, Ian responded with, “There are lots of nutcases in the family, but only one psychiatrist. So here I am! And, of course, Sheila is beside herself, because James and Eric are the two men she loved most and now here they are—all three of them together!
