Krista Allen took over the role of Taylor Hayes on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2021. Since Hunter Tylo left, Allen even received a nomination for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series (2023). To say that Krista Allen has started to grow on fans is an understatement, and she has received rave reviews for her portrayal of Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) ex-wife.

However, in December Krista Allen confirmed that she was off The Bold and the Beautiful and the soap opera had let her go.
To add insult to injury, Allen announced on social media this week that she had received a phone call to join the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast.
The Bold and the Beautiful followers were thrilled by the news and thought she would be an amazing fit for the Bravo reality TV show.

Sadly, Krista Allen took to Twitter and revealed that she had been pranked and she wasn’t on the phone with Bravo.
B&B Spoilers – Will Hunter Tylo Return
Despite her embarrassing announcement that she might be joining Real Housewives, Allen did reveal that she has received some other potential job offers and there could be some projects in the pipeline.
While we are sad to see Krista Allen leave The Bold and the Beautiful, it does open up the possibility for a Hunter Tylo return. Tylo played the part of Taylor Hayes for decades and fans were devastated when the role was recast.

Hunter Tylo was Taylor. Krista Allen is a good actress but the writers made her Taylor immature and boring. I hope Hunter stays away from the disaster bold and the beautiful has become.

Acting on bold and beautiful , was like she was a teenager, and her clothing didn’t become her. My honest opinion, if she could be replaced with a woman that wasn’t flighty and has a presence of a mature woman., it may of worked out.

Does not matter, Hunter or Krista, keep Taylor away, she is not missed or needed. Why not have Ridge and Brooke married. What is the reason they are not married.
