B&B spoilers reveal that Bill always had the problem of having a wandering eye. This is especially true when it comes to Brooke. Despite them no longer being together, Bill and Brooke continue to be drawn to each other. As Thorsten Kaye told Soap Opera Digest, they just can’t stay away from one another.

This isn’t the first time that Brooke has betrayed her sister for a man. In fact, “Brill” ended up betraying Katie at least three times now. They also had a full-blown affair. But each time, Brooke begged for forgiveness. And each time, Katie eventually gave it to her.

However, this time could be different. It’s like Katie told Bill and Brooke, that this keeps happening and apologies lose their effectiveness when the same bad behavior is repeated over and over again.

With that being said, actress Heather Tom also suggested that eventually, Katie could forgive Brooke based on her history. Time and time again, she has tried to deal with the previous betrayals and struggled to move on. She told TV Insider,
