The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Ian Buchanan, who portrayed Dr. James Warwick, on the daytime drama, has landed a new role. The actor will star in a new movie that’s based on a short film that he previously starred in.

Buchanan is set to appear in Sam’s Place, a movie that’s based on Shutter The Doors, which aired last year. The new film follows the story of a man who has planned out his life. But things don’t go according to his plans and he struggles to cope with the changes as he loses control over his life. Buchanan wrote the story while Sheri Sussman penned and directed the movie.

Liam doesn’t want to lie to Steffy so Hope suggests that if she asks, he can just tell her that it’s not her story to tell. Hope will do all she can to help Ridge and Brooke work out their issues on their own.

Hope may have kept Steffy away from the truth, at least for now. But more drama is bound to happen once Steffy gets a hold of the information about Brooke’s relapse.
