Li is clueless that her husband cheated on her. Finn erroneously believes that Jack is his adoptive father, when he is really Finn’s biological father.

Jack says there can be no contact between Sheila and Finn. Sheila says Jack exploited her vulnerability when she was pregnant by telling her it was a twist of fate that Sheila was pregnant but he and Li couldn’t conceive. Sheila says Finn’s whole life and Jack’s marriage have been based on lies. Jack demands to know why Sheila came to town. Jack thinks it’s high time that he told Finn and Li the truth that he’s Finn’s biological father. Sheila reminds him that the truth will destroy his relationships with Finn and Li.
