The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Thursday, October 21, 2021, opens at the cliff house where Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) enjoy a little Mommy-Daddy time while the kids nap. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) interrupt. While Liam and Steffy have a play date with the kids, Finn and Hope head for Il Giardino for lunch.

Steffy and Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray) tease Liam about his poor gaming skills. Steffy and Liam vow to do whatever it takes to keep their kids happy and safe, especially from Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) mopes around Forrester Creations, worrying about Eric Forrester (John McCook). Eric walks in just as Donna is telling Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) that he needs their support. Donna says his happiness is always on her mind. Eric feels lucky to have so many people looking out for him. Eric leaves for a meeting in the cutting room. Donna gazes longingly after him.

Charlie Weber (Dick Christie) comes looking for Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) and complains that it’s hard to keep track of her these days. When he trots off to find her, Donna says Eric deserves better. Brooke urges Donna to go to Eric with her feelings and fight for him. Eric needs saving from Quinn.

Donna admits that she loves Eric and will always love him, but won’t interfere with Eric’s marriage. Eric overhears Donna’s tearful confession.

B&B Spoilers – Katie Logan Digs Carter Walton ?

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) rush back to work with take-out. Carter suggests they share lunch in her office. Carter and Katie discuss their affection for Eric and their dislike for being alone. Katie understands what it’s like to fall for the wrong person and put your faith in someone you can’t rely on. Carter knows it was extreme to rebound with Eric’s wife, but he couldn’t deny their connection.

Carter tells Katie that, if Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) can’t put her first, she deserves someone who will. Katie confides in Carter: she’s not going back to Bill. Katie’s done with him. She dreads the idea of putting herself out there again and going on a dating app. Katie tells Carter that Quinn isn’t worth thinking about anymore. Any woman would be lucky to be with a smart, successful, easy-on-the-eyes, and kind man like Carter.

Deacon grumbles about owing Sheila for lunch and a place to stay. He’s grateful for her help, but it’s time for him to leave Los Angeles. What’s the use in sticking around if Hope’s family will never let them be close? They are screw-ups and they should leave their children alone. Sheila won’t let Deacon leave town. Sheila hates a whiner. Sheila says her sins are in the past and it’s Finn’s family keeping her away from him. She won’t let anyone keep her from her family.

Sheila catches sight of Hope and Finn at Il Giardino and sees an opportunity. Sheila believes this is the answer they’ve been waiting for. Hope sees Deacon and Sheila together. Finn suggests they leave, but Hope wants to know what their parents are up to. They see Sheila plant one a kiss on Deacon and are horrified.

Sheila tells a stunned Deacon that he loves her like no other.
