The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of November 1, 2021 brings great news for fans of the CBS sudser, a fan fave character is coming back. It is a recast and a key role filled by a daytime vet. Who is coming back to tormented LA to deal with all the drama?

The week of November 1, 2021 shows that Dr. Taylor Hayes, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) mama bear, is finally coming home to her chickens. Expect the character to be back in action in a few weeks’ time.
This time around though, the character’s originator Hunter Tylo will not be in the role she debuted way back in 1990.

Taylor is now being portrayed by Krista Allen who played Billie Reed on NBC’s Days of our Lives from 1996 to 1999. “If there was ever any type of role to come back to daytime with, it would be this one,” the actress told Soap Opera Digest. “I couldn’t have asked for a better role to step into — or bigger shoes to fill. I love a good challenge.”

Fans saw shrink Hunter Tylo as Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) foil off and on from 1990 to 2019. They both fought like cats and dogs over Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and surely Taylor’s return portends more of the same drama for Bridge.
According to EW, the show asked Tylo to return but Krista Allen was eventually cast. So what has Taylor been doing that takes precedence over her kids’ ongoing dramas? She was gone when Thomas had brain surgery, and when Steffy got addicted to pills, married John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), and had his baby.
Allen got her soapy start as Billie Reed then starred on nighttime’s CSI, The X-Files, Baywatch, Two and a Half Men and Monk.
Allen begins taping episodes of B&B in Los Angeles at the end of October. We don’t know the exact details of her return but we can tell you that she will be seen first with her daughter and her baby daddy ex-husband Ridge. Could this be about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), the arch enemy who is also back in town?

They need to beef up the cast. Bring Nick Marone back with his son Jack, Bring Felicia Forrester back. I'd love to see Jackie Marone come back as well, she would be a good fit for Eric at this point.
If Taylor comes back, please let her be a much stronger woman that Brooke Logan can't use as her punching bag. Taylor's storyline was always a weak one, she was always on the back burner while Brooke was the front runner. Enough of Brooke and the Logan sisters being on top, time for others to move up. Let Quinn and Taylor have a chance of being power women. Send Brooke back to Bill for good this time. Find a new man for Katie so she can stay out of other people's business. Maybe the soap needs another old man or men (without the ED problem) to help Eric.
